Our Team

Katrina has worked in orthodontics since 2000! She earned a Dental Assisting degree from Faulkner State Community College in 2000, then a Dental Hygiene degree from UAB in 2003. Katina is our New Patient coordinator and is also available to fill in at the front desk and assisting chair side when needed, she loves interacting with patients and parents in all areas of the office. She makes the financial aspect a breeze for all of our patients!

Katrina and her husband Jason have been lifelong residents of Baldwin County and have been married since 2001! They have two college age children, Ali and Andrew. She and Jason enjoy boating with family and spoiling their children and family pup, Sunni!

Mara was born in Salvador, Brazil, and moved to Gulf Shores in February 2023 with her husband, Ray and their two children- Luiza (15) and Felipe (6). She had been a licensed dentist in Brazil since 2004 and an Orthodontist in 2010. In the U.S., she has earned her Dental Hygiene license in the State of Florida and is now applying to American Dental Schools to continue her career as a Dentist in the U.S. When she’s not attending her children’s sports games and musical performances, Mara enjoys traveling with her family. Her long-term goal is to resume practicing dentistry in the United States and continue serving the community through compassionate, high-quality care.

Hey there! I’m Miranda, an orthodontic assistant of 7 years by day and a beach bum by weekend. I’m all about sunshine, saltwater fishing, snorkeling, and chasing tropical vacations. Smiles are my thing — whether I’m helping create them at work or flashing one under a palm tree!

Zoey has worked with us since 2022 and was trained in the office by Dr. Bailey. She loves working with people and first became interested in orthodontics as a patient. Zoey works at the Front Desk and helps assist in the clinic when needed. When working in the clinic, her favorite things to do are Debands, Impressions for retainers, and interacting with patients. Zoey married her high school sweetheart Brayden, in November of 2023. They enjoy going to the beach, hanging out with friends and family and being involved as youth leaders at their church. They have two animals that are like their kids, a Husky named Koda and a Cat named Raja.

Angela was born in North Carolina but has lived in Florida, Iowa and Virginia too.  Most of her family still live in Virginia so she visits there as often as possible.  She has been married to her husband Matt since 2013. They moved to Alabama in 2024 and absolutely love it!  Since their children are grown and out of the house now, they have 3 adopted babies… 2 boxers and a goldendoodle!  They love to travel and spend time with family and friends. Her daughter is a nurse that lives in Colorado with her husband and their 1-year-old Cannon. Her son is a welder and lives in Virginia with his wife.   Angela and Matt love being Gigi and Pop-pop.  Cannon has their hearts wrapped around his cute little fingers.

Angela has been an orthodontic assistant for over 15 years and still loves helping people achieve a beautiful smile.
